Shipping and ordering information
Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of placement for in stock items, pending credit approval. If you items has been placed on backorder, you will be notified within 24 hours with an estimated delivery time. We are unable to ship on weekends and federal holidays; your order will be sent the following business day for regular ground shipping. Orders will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship to PO boxes. We are unable to split shipments between addresses. We are unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Please place multiple orders if you need merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations. Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses of processing, carefully packing, and delivering your order to you in a timely fashion.
All orders will arrive in secure packaging. Inside, you’ll find the items you ordered sealed in protective plastic. We take great care to examine all merchandise before sealing your order to ensure that you receive only the best quality from Industry West.
Privacy
Industry West is committed to protecting your privacy. the information we collect is only used to process your order. We wil never pass along your personal information or order details to outside parties unless it relates to the fulfillment of your order.
Security
All transactions on www.industry-west.com take place via secure server link, 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryptions. Credit/debit card information is not stored on our database.

Color accuracy on the website may vary according to the computer use and cannot be guaranteed. Industry-West.com may provide third-party links for users’ convenience, however Industry West has no control over the content of these linked sites.
Returns
Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of all regularly priced merchandise for exchange or refund if it is post marked within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Sales merchandise cannot be returned. Commerical orders cannot be returned. Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee and return shipment cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items not post marked within the return period will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If your return does not meet the above return criteria, it will be shipped back at your expense. For instruction or further questions regarding a return. please e-mail, return@industry-west.com. Warranty
Effective with Products purchased after January 1, 2008
Industry West warrants to you, the original buyer, that goods shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship attributable to manufacture for the following period:
1 years for the finish of the product
*Finish warranty is void if products are used outdoors, with the exception of galvanized finishes
15 years for the construction of the product
These periods are applicable for the time of receipt of the original product by the original purchaser. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by the Industry West warranty. Warranty covers both consumer both consumer and commercial use. The repair or replacement of defective goods constitutes Industry West’s entire obligation. There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Industry West shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. If any model or sample is shown to buyer, such model or sample is used merely to illustrate the general type and quality of goods, and not to represent that goods supplied to buyer will necessarily conform in all respects to the sample or model. Only galvanized steel proucts are warrantied for outdoor use. All claims for seller’s failure to comply with this warranty shall be governed by the provisions of this paragraph.
Proper Care and Use: Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your Industry West merchandise is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
Accidents, Abuse and Normal Wear & Tear: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, blunt force trauma, or pet damage.
Product Modifications: Any product modification by retailer, consumer or other parties not authorized by Industry West will void this warranty.
Variations from Samples or Literature: Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials in your Industry West products, normal variations can occur from piece to piece.This warranty does not cover such differences. Nor are variations from printed illustrations covered.
Consequential or Incidental Damages: Industry West will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the furniture. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations/exclusions may not apply to you.)
Your Warranty Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Except for such other rights, the remedies provided under this warranty state the limit of the responsibilities of Industry West.
